Not only is the work done to perfection, but the entire staff at Taylor Co. BMW/MINI treat you as professionally and genuinely nice as can be. There is a definite sense of pride among the staff there. You can tell it is a family business, as they treat me like a part of the family while I'm there. My car is kept in prefect running order, they clean it thoroughly inside and out after service has been completed, they provide future recommendations and things to be aware of, they take the time to show me under the hood what to watch for or what to listen for, and basically what to expect. I leave each time with greater knowledge of my car than before I was there. I did not receive that from my dealer when I serviced my cars there. I will be a customer for life with Taylor Co. Highly recommend them to anyone who cares about their car's performance.
