I just had a slow leak fixed for the 2nd time but before they fixed the leak they came out and told me I needed both lower tie rods replaced and also the left lower ball joint replaced. They said they were very loose. When I told them I just recently had all 8 pieces replaced they didn't know what to say other than you need to take it back. As I sat there for another hour waiting for a leak to get patched I heard the sales guys tell nearly every person who came in to have something done that they also needed this and that. Most of them were women. I have seen this before with Robertson tire. A friend of mine ran a stint on them and both times they said the entire front end needed replaced. This may have been just one individual, so who knows how rampid it is with these guys.
