I’ve been bringing my cars here for years and had always been happy with the service. The last several times however the service has taken hours longer than what they told me. The length of the wait is unimportant, I just need to plan things out and waiting for two hours after the time I was told makes me unhappy. Bottom line is I cannot rely on their word anymore and neither can you. Even as I sit here waiting the good folks at the front desk are telling people their wait will be as long as the time they told me, except there are twice as many cars in front of them that were in front of me. They should start telling their customers the truth, instead of telling them what they think they want to hear. Honesty and reliability is why I came here for so many years and the lack thereof is why I’m leaving.
