Not a terrible place to get work done if you aren’t in a rush, their tech is there or don’t mind paying more than what you get quoted. They don’t offer a military discount but I can get over that. They do charge a 4% fee for paying with a credit card but don’t have change when you pay with cash. One of their techs was out for a couple days for surgery, and while I can sympathize with that I have a hard time paying an extra $200 on what was originally quoted because the part initially offered “wasn’t available because it took so long” to actually start working on my truck. Also, I would expect a call with a status update if they can’t get to your vehicle or some other issue. Considering I called on Friday afternoon after dropping my truck off Thursday morning only to hear that the tech might be in. Called Monday afternoon just to get the same response. I don’t see myself coming back unless it’s for warranty work and definitely wouldn’t recommend them to a friend.
