Jerry, went over and above for me and my family, when others turned their backs.
Jerry and his assistant went out of their way to ensure that I got a truck that I needed, at a price and APR that I wanted, and then threw in the amenities that I knew nothing about. the follow up and customer contact Tacoma Dodge has set the standard in customer satisfaction. Jerry wanted to help me get what I needed. Larson Toyota of Tacoma, and Larson dodge of Puyallup sold me a truck that wasn't capable of doing what Ineeded, and the treated me like an inconvenience too their day and refused to fix the situation.
