There aren’t enough characters in this box to detail the latest experience in a long succession of terrible experiences with your service department. Will never come here again. Have come here for 8 years and never again and my bad for continually giving yall the benefit of a doubt. And Brandon shouldn’t work in a customer service type of role. Unless snarky condescending asshole is what you’re going for as a company, you totally nailed it with him.
