They had a recommendation for two services that could be done at another time at the main service center at the dealership. I scheduled an appointment and took the Jeep back less than two weeks later.
At that appointment, Andrew Barnes was assigned to be my service rep. He was thorough and polite as he checked me in quickly and had the Jeep on it's way to be serviced. I was given an estimate up front, which I appreciated. He said it would be a couple of hours. I waited, and Andrew kept me updated with the progress. The work was done on time and actually turned out to be less than the estimate given to me earlier. Always good news!
