Decent Price, Nice People
My salesman did everything he said he would do and he didn’t waste my time.

My only issue was that the truck only came with one key fob and I wasn’t informed of that until after the deal was consummated. That fact increased the price of the vehicle for me by $500.

The entire process of purchasing a new Ram was amazing.
The initial contact with Sydney to test drive a new Ram was easy. The inventory of new Rams was impressive and I could select between different models and colors that day. Sydney evaluated my potential trade-in as an option to consider which helped me make my decision to purchase. The ease of purchasing the vehicle and having Gigi explain many options was very helpful. The special discounts available on Ram trucks during "Truck Month" were appreciated. I even want to shout out to Rochelle who was very helpful getting me in touch with Tracy, the title clerk, who helped transfer my personalize plates to the new truck. I priced out some parts in the Parts Dept with ease. The other sales staff were also courteous enough to open the door for me with smiles as I wandered around the dealership. I was a happy camper that day and even happier the next day when I picked up the Ram. It had just been delivered to the dealership and needed the next day to prep it for delivery AND fill up the gas tank. My wife was even comfortable enough to have her picture taken at delivery, which is saying something. Thanks Tacoma Dodge!

Buying a Car
Had to get a new car and went to the dealership to look for reliable cars that were under 30k. Had Kenny attend me almost the moment I arrived in a friendly manner and he helped me all the way from getting the car to signing papers and getting insurance on it as well.

Oil Change
Went in for a routine oil change and Kayla informed me that the oil filter housing needed to be replaced along with an extremely dirty cabin air filter she showed me quoted me an approximate price I agreed and the team quickly did the work and I was out in less than an hour! Kayla’s service and follow up text was a perfect touch to my customer experience!

I had numerous concerns with my Jeep as it was acting weird. He listened and had the technicians check everything to ensure the vehicle is safe to drive. They uncovered two concerns that we are addressing.
