Cliente VerificadoBradley, we spoke to you on the phone and your tone was very very different. We explained the situtation and said we will have to charge for the time we have into it. You actaully requested we still work on the other items and we declined as we knew there was a major issue and it would be a waste of your money. You thanked me on the phone after a 15 monute conversation. You left the car here for a week and then picked it up and acted surprised when you had to a pay the bill we had already discusssed. You had it at other places as well.Seems you may be the problem. It appears you and your father flip rather quickly which is not who we want as a customer. We are fine with your decision and acutually prefer it.
