Brought a used car here a few months ago.
Car was in great condition, previous own of the
vehicle really took care of the vehicle. Now as far
as the car buying part. It was okay, I had pre-
approval, so it was an easy transaction. But due
to me living out of state it can make things a bit
challenging. But with the right dealership, they
will make an effort to make things work and
Sussman Hyundai is terrible in this department.
When I got to the state I live in I had to pay for
Inspection. The vehicle failed with a small crack
in the windshield, I called Sussman about the
issue and right away they wanted to deny that
the car had a crack in the windshield. I seen it
when I purchased the vehicle but I didn't make a
big deal about it cause I thought I'd be fine. Point
is most good dealership will make the effort to
cover any cost for a vehicle passing inspection.
Sussman wanted no part in making an effort to
ensure and cover the cost of the vehicle passing
inspection. They wanted to refund me the cost
of tax, tag and title. And just have me deal with
the issue of covering the cost to have my vehicle
past inspection. Sussman was only worried
about the sell and profit of the vehicle. No sense
of making the customer happy and lack of good
customer service. I have yet to receive the
money for my tax, tag and title. It's been close to
a month that my temp tags have expired. I've
been pulled of my the police twice already.
Luckily the police have been understanding and I
haven't been ticketed. Bottom line is this, if you
live out of state. DO NOT Purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Customer service is terrible and they aren’t help at all. They are only interested in the money. They could care less about the customer. Very Unprofessional

Mr. Turner waited three months to get his safety inspection done in his state so we could do the MV paperwork. We repeatedly called him with no answer or reply. He asked us to pay for a new windshield that was damaged after purchase and driving for multiple months. We are trying to come to a resolution.
