They lack professional manners, except there finance manager. He is really good in queries and detail in explaining. But there sales person needs more professional ethics. I selected a color and nothing was finalised yet. Next day, I asked to chnage the color and they demanded $2500 for that. Then on the day of final sale, we met there ICBC broker, who is very rude and was not hearing our queries. He was like just let me submit the paper work to bank and then you can go to insurance broker for your questions. Overall, they need more patience while dealing with customers as we are investing huge money. They need to understand that.
