On the day of the accident, the staff explained to me what my next steps were and how it would all take place. This was very valuable to me.
I was able to get updates from the shop as needed and I was taken care of at all times by the office staff. Shout out to Gerson and shout out to Jeimy.
I hope to not need to visit a body shop again but if I do, this is where I’ll be.
