Mark said he has a great deal of experience with Craig, he is the best mechanic. Craig has a sense of priority and his first priority is for his customers is to make sure they are safe, if he can't repair it right away, then he advises the customer if it is safe for them to drive their vehicle. Mark added he thinks that is a wonderful quality to have in a mechanic.
