I couldn't get my fingers under the lid of the trunk to lift it open; new strut(s) were put in, under warranty, and in addition they worked on the latch to try and fix it up eventually they had to replace the latch because a part of the latch was broken. Brian kept in touch with me throughout the process.

This was definitely a tough one to bring to a successfully resolution but we are always up for a challenge.
