Excellent service, Very nice and friendly staff
I stepped away from the counter at a local store to return an item I no longer wanted to purchase
and within a few seconds someone took my keys that I had accidentally left at the register.
I called AAA asking for assistance to get my car open hoping that I still had an alternate key in
the trunk. The tow driver from Superior arrived within minutes and proceeded to open the car door. However, because I did not have access to the key fob, the trunk would not open. Given that Hyundai''s and Kias are regularly stolen/broken into - I had my car towed to Superior with the intent of having a key made after the holiday (they were closed - it was New Years Eve).

Within ten minutes of having my car towed, my keys appeared/were left on one of the store shelves, despite the fact that I and one of the cashiers had searched the store for an extended period of time - finally realizing/accepting that someone have taken them with the intent of taking the car.

Superior had my car for two days because of the holiday closing and despite the fact that I no longer needed them to make a duplicate key and fob (as I had agreed to before my keys were suddently returned), they were very understanding, very professional, very supportive and empathetic. I will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them to others. Highly recommended!!! Thanks for excellent service.
