I needed a new driveshaft. I bought one online. They were going to install it. It wouldn't work. I went down and they showed me the problem. They located one in Lakeland and sent their worker immediately to go get it. They had the car ready by the end of the day. They didn't charge me labor for the hour they wasted trying to get the one I bought to work. The car drives great. Very happy with my experience.
