Shoddy Work at best

Took my work truck here, it costed $1,975.86 for a radiator, shocks, alignment. I made the mistake of not taking someone with me that could look and tell something was wrong. No clips were put back under the hood or on the fan shroud so now there’s an inch gap, but they said that was done properly, they said they weren’t there when they got it so they just left them out. I had 3 estimates his was the third and not a single one of them said those clips were gone including his. when I took it to get it serviced the first time after leaving it there the mechanic wouldn’t even service it until I had those problems addressed. When I went to get the problems addressed he told me it was normal to have to keep putting radiator fluid in a new radiator even though I have a 12,000 mile or 12 month warranty, and that he wasn’t fixing anything because I gave him an honest review with photos and a video. He got so angry over a review he was very ugly to me. When I told him none of the estimates said the clips were gone he replied by saying the other 2 places just didn’t want to work on the truck because of me. When in actuality they were booked a week out and he said he would have it done in 2-3 days. That’s why I used him in the first place. He was very unprofessional about fixing his mess and claims it’s over a google review with photos of his work. Luckily I have a dash cam that runs at all times there is someone in a 3 ft radius so it recorded his antics and verbal abuse. So if u don’t know anything about parts and clips etc, u better take someone who does and u also better inspect his work so u aren’t stuck with it like i am.
