honest,integrity, transparent

I brought my car in because it was over-heating, at most places right off the bat they think they already know the problem with a pre-determined estimate, that scenario makes you feel like you are being set-up.At sunland tires pete asked me relevant questions to dial in on realistic possibilities based on real time, the estimate work order was left as an open door , the only commitment was a trouble shooting fee of 29.95 to isolate and locate my vehicles problem, nothing was to be done beyond that point until I was called and briefed on what and how much its was going to take to fix my car. They make you feel, no I am sorry they genuinely cater to needs in detail and proper explaination that is audible not jargon. True proffessionals I would highly recommend them to folks that want to fix their cars without feeling skeptical, thank crew at sunland tires in upland
