What we'll miss most...

We're currently downsizing and moving out of the Valley. People have asked us for months: "What will you miss most?" There are lots of answers people expect so they're always stunned when one of the first things we say is our mechanics: Sunburst Automotives (no, I'm not kidding). Simply stated: it's hard to find mechanics that know you by name, remember the details and quirks of your cars (and we've had many in the 20 years we've been going to them), and most importantly: give you 100% confidence of their trustworthiness. I'm embarrassed to say the number of times I brought a vehicle in for something that I thought needed fixed that turned out to be nothing more than operator error; they could have told me it was any number of things each time but they were 100% honest and sent me on my way. As people -- like AJ -- they have always been patient and kind. We'll be lucky to find a mechanic we trust even half as much after our move. We're really going to miss them.
