Chan said he has been going to the business for about 20 years but the business has changed very much. During his last service, he went to the business only for an oil change and he had to wait for more than 2 hours. He said there was not a lot of customers. The staff were not kind to their customers and they don't talk nor listen to the customers. On the other service he had prior to the last, it was for oil change and just to check the brakes, took about 3 and a half hours. He said another customer came in after he was waiting for 2 hours and finished earlier than he did. He also mentioned that his daughter went there one time and noticed the change and advised him not to go any more to the business. He decided not to go back to the business.
