About 5 months ago I was experiencing a 'whining' noise coming from the power steering of our Santa Fe and Sun City Auto Service diagnosed the problem as a faulty steering rack which they replaced and repaired. About a week ago I started to hear the same 'whining' noise but not as intense. I called Sun City Auto and Casey told me to bring it in first thing in the morning which I did. They had the car in the shop for about a half-hour, checked the steering rack for leaks but everything checked out OK. The only problem they could see was that the power steering reservoir was low on fluid and quickly remedied. Sun City Auto Service guarantees parts and labor for 2 years or 24,000 miles. Needless to say, there was no charge for time or work performed on the car. Before I left the shop, Casey mentioned that if it ever happens again to make sure to call him and they'll take care of it. I've been bringing my vehicles to Sun City Auto Service for service and repair for about 3 years and wouldn't think of bringing them anywhere else. I would not hesitate to recommend Sun City Auto Service to anyone as they are a very professional and honest shop.
