Our shops have the newest technology, training and modern equipment to service today’s complex vehicles. We have a two year/24,000 mile, nation-wide “no hassle” warranty.

Happy with the work and service

I have an older car with higher mileage, although most of that mileage is highway driving. I needed to take a trip to the Midwest to deal with my brother's estate, and knew I would be bringing things back, so I couldn't fly out. I also knew there were issues with my rig that needed to be addressed. My shop for the last 30 years finally closed during Covid. I had heard good things about Sun and decided to give them a shot. First, Sun is great about communicating, and discussing options. The communications were by text, and phone, where I talked directly to the technician doing the work after they had done a complete diagnostic once over. Brooke also kept me apprised as the repairs were happening, saved me some money on a couple of major items, and was wonderfully pleasant and helpful. They have a pretty good warranty. My car ran like a new car when I got it back, and my trip to the Midwest was uneventful. My opinion is the techs are A+, customer service A+, quality of work A+. You might find shops with a lower shop rate, but if you want the job done correctly the first time, and understand that you get what you pay for, Sun really is pretty darned solid. Plus, if it makes a difference, Sun is really active in the community, and does a lot of supportive work for people in need. That also says a lot about Sun.
