Trouble Wth My Radiator
I drive a 2017 Ford F-150 XL and while having my oil changed from a national chain provider and asked them to check for a possible drip near my radiator and sure enough, there was a drip of refrigerant around the radiator. My son noticed a shop named Top Gun Muffler near by in Sumner. The next morning, I drove to Top Gun on Friday (4/24/26) and met Neil and his staff and asked if he could check it out. Neil's gave me the findings and said he could put one of his team members to work after lunch and I asked if they could start on Monday, I left the truck on Sunday afternoon and put me keys in their Drop
Box.
Monday (today) he called me at 8A and said he had a man working on it and he would call when completed. Early afternoon, he called to report my radiator was replaced, with 2 bottles of reftigerant added.

I am so satisfied< I will begin using Top Gun for my futuer oil changes and anything else they cover. Neil and his team are prompt, honest, reasonable. I believe in relationship building and I believe in Neil.
