7.3 PS injector replacement with the worst injectors in the usa
I retained Sullivans as reccomended by a friend. They replaced the injectors on my 97 F250 7.3 PS with a knock off reman garbage product(Pensacola injectors) which I found out after the fact. Had a shut down at elevation in CO. Vehicle towed to a shop in Denver, 3 injectors were throwing codes at 13,000 mi/13 months after install. Informed Mr Christain Kevin of the issue and he advised off warranty and to call manufacturer directly . Call Pensacola Inj and advised they only communicate with their vendors directly and why did Sullivan have me call? So verdict now in: initial install st 219,827 miles, have had to replace 3 injectors to keep the vehicle on the road, now replacing all of this garbage at 310,058 mi. Aside from having the truck tied up a month sitting outside his shop he installed a garbage product, did not return phone calls and quite rude. Very poor example of the Christian faith, lack of accountability and in denial of his actions. Sad
