Shop Foreman and Co-Owner, Logan Hoskins, has over 15 years of experience and factory service training with the Subaru brand. He was formerly titled “Subaru Senior Master Technician”. This designation takes years of classroom training, service hours, and a lot of dedication to one brand. He is also accredited as a “Master Technician” from the group Automotive Service Excellence. He is a go to technician in Northwest Arkansas for Subaru specific questions and it is safe to say he puts the Guru in our name.

Service Desk Manager and Co-Owner Justin Bulla also has many years of experience, also with the Subaru brand. From a start in the sales department, he worked his way around many different positions within a dealership from buyer, to inventory manager, to assisting in the preparation and reconditioning of vehicles for sale. While his hand hasn’t been on the wrench at a dealer, servicing and diagnosing car issues have always been a passion of his, in addition to customer service. He anchors the administrative and customer service end of SubieGurus.

Logan and Justin are Northwest Arkansas natives. They are committed to providing the best possible service to their community and beyond!

Great experience
I can't say enough great things about this shop! From the very first phone call, they set the tone for an outstanding experience. I called three times before scheduling my appointment — each time they were patient, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed.

I brought my car in for an oil change and to have an issue diagnosed. They tackled both quickly and efficiently — everything was done in just 30 minutes, which honestly blew me away. What impressed me even more was how clearly they explained the diagnosis. No confusing jargon, no runaround — just a straightforward breakdown of the problem and a solid plan for the repair, which they believe should be covered under warranty at another shop. That kind of honesty is rare and truly appreciated.

The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and made the short wait even more pleasant.

This is exactly the kind of automotive service experience everyone hopes for. I'll absolutely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shop that's honest, efficient, and genuinely cares about their customers!
