awesome experience
I really appreciated the transportation service while my car was being serviced. The feedback service on my car was very helpful. I would not trust my 2003 Baja to anyone else.

Amazing
I would rate 6 stars if I could. The amount of detail they gave me for my repair was incredible. They really care about your car and the money for repairs isn’t bad. They do great work, front desk is amazing. I will be going there for any work to be done on my car anytime.

Great service always!
The Subie Shop is the ONLY place that I take my Subaru! They have serviced multiple vehicles for me and are always friendly, knowledgeable, communicative and fairly priced. Highly recommend to anybody in North County or OC. Thanks again Jose and Charlene!

Helpful, accommodating, efficient
Jose, Charlene, and the rest of the Subie Shop team went out of their way to be helpful and to fit me in when my check engine light went on in the midst of a long road trip from Montana. I needed an oil change, too. I was a little nervous to go to a repair shop I didn’t know, especially since I have a wonderful older (1996) Subie, and I’m never sure which glitch may be her last.

Everyone there was communicative, honest, and willing to answer my questions and to work with me to decide what needed to be done and what didn’t. (And my Subie survived to drive another day, for a very reasonable cost!) Thanks for helping an out-of-town person!

Outstanding Everything
I discovered the shop about 3yrs ago and could not fathom a reason why I'd go to any other shop for my 2013 Subaru. Honest people who do great work and are eceptionally kind. Thrilled that they are convenient from my home since my car will likely keep going for another 5+ years.

Subaru Owners: This is the Place to Service Your Subaru!
I can't say enough good things about my experience at the Subie Shop! I showed up unannounced, without an appointment, because my manual stick shift had become increasingly wobbly, making driving challenging. The team at the Subie Shop welcomed me warmly and didn’t hesitate to help.

Their expertise with Subarus was immediately apparent. They quickly diagnosed the issue and explained exactly what was wrong in a way I could understand. The repair was done efficiently, and now my stick shift feels like new—tight, responsive, and smooth.

The entire process was seamless, and the staff was incredibly professional and friendly. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and their cars.

If you’re a Subaru owner, I highly recommend the Subie Shop for any service or repair needs. These folks are top-notch!

First class friendly service
I bought a used Subaru Crosstrek with over 100,000 miles and wanted to be sure it was a good buy. Consequently I chose Subie as my service agent and I’m very pleased I did. They have provided expert service in a friendly, efficient and timely fashion. They are not cheap but in my opinion they are well worth it.

Super Service
This is my third Subaru and I can say, with all honesty, that Subie Shop is the best, hands down. Easy to schedule, very professional, great customer service, attention to detail and charge per the estimate. On top of that, the coffee is good and hot.

New Motor break in oil change
called for an appointment for oil change and Charlene put me on the schedule the next day.
showed up at 9am My car went strait in to service area for oil change. inspected new motor , changed oil. done less than an hour. Great Shop
