This was my second experience using the collision center of Subaru in Columbia Missouri. The previous time was many years ago after a collision with a deer in my previous Forester. My experience this time was as good if not better. They were prompt, thorough and accurate in their cost estimates. They worked around a planned vacation that I had scheduled and got my Crosstrek in quickly after my return. They apparently worked well with my insurance adjudicator as things from both parties seemed to flow smoothly. They kept me fully informed by text and email on the progress of the repair. And the repair itself was flawless-better than new if that is possible. Kudos to all!
