It’s not always easy to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but Marlin at STS Transmission is one of them!
We brought our Toyota FJ Cruiser in because we thought we were having transmission problems. Marlin took the time to thoroughly investigate, inspect the transmission, test the solenoids, and make sure everything was functioning properly.
Rather than recommend unnecessary repairs, he was honest about what he found and helped us identify a possible catalytic converter issue that was causing symptoms similar to transmission trouble.
His professionalism, communication, knowledge, and integrity really stood out. He genuinely cares about getting to the root of the problem rather than just making a sale.
Honest mechanics are worth their weight in gold, and Marlin has earned our trust.
Highly recommend Marlin and STS Transmission!
