They did exactly what they told me they were going to do
I hand a I had a check engine light on my 2010 Chevy Malibu and I took it in there and they told me it was a bad shift solenoid. They gave me a price and told me it would be done by the following Wednesday on Wednesday I called see if they were done and they told me that the job hasn’t been started yet because they were waiting on the OK from me even though I talk to somebody the Friday before and told them go ahead and agreed to $1700 for the repair so good day I called him on Wednesday to ask about the car because otherwise I would still be waiting for them to get a hold of me for the OK even though I already gave them the OK but after that slight mixup, they had my car fixed two days after I asked him if everything was good to go and everything is fixed and their reply was that they didn’t know about anything, but about the issue with the transmission the only thing I would of liked for a better experience would be for them to check everything out and tell me if something else might need fixed later on other than that it was a good experience I would recommend them again

Hello, we are sorry to hear you did not have a more pleasant experience with us. We work hard to provide the best experience for each one of our customers. 

We attempted to solve your issue, the most cost effective way possible.  Most shoppes would have just told recommended a transmission replacement or rebuild.  In our attempts to solve which we believed to be your primary issue,  which was a solenoid. We recommended do all electronics while in that far(Which you agreed to). We had to drop your subframe and lower your transmission, which takes a fair amount of time. In order to provide you with a breakdown of everything that could be wrong with your transmission we would have had to open the transmission up, beyond the side cover, but would cost a significant amount more than what we charged (basically a rebuild at that point). Glad things are working good and sorry again for the mix up on time.
