It was my first time at Straub, and I must say they didn’t disappoint. I had an appt on a Monday, which is their busiest day and add to that it was Christmas week. In the all of the chaos of drop off first thing in the morning, I was extremely impressed by the premier level of customer service I received. With a list a mile a long of cars getting service, I chose to wait, and my car was serviced very quickly. Harry, Debbie, and the rest of the staff were very friendly and I couldn’t be happier. I drove about 30 miles for this appt and they have earned yet another very satisfied customer. I will be returning and I highly recommend getting your car serviced at Straub!
