I have been a customer of Stone's for the past 20-25 years. My most recent interaction with them is exactly why I will be a customer for the next 25 years! I had a state inspection and tire changeover yesterday. Jake called to let me know that my car needed a couple things to pass inspection. I asked how quickly he could get the work done as I need to travel out of town next week. He was able to keep my car for the day and get the complete job done the same afternoon! Extremely helpful! Also, I got a call from the shop this morning apologizing - they had mistakenly overcharged me on my bill (mistakes happen!) - they immediately refunded the difference! I know a lot of places that would've just kept the overpayment....Thanks Guys! Appreciate the honest, hard work you always provide!
