When my wife returned to pick up our vehicle, the front office person covering for Hilary was nowhere to be found. My wife had to call the business phone in order to get someone to come to the front office.
This is not typical of this business when Hilary is in the job, I hope this is not indicative of what we can expect in our future visits without Hilary at the helm.
