Extremely Disappointing Experience
I am very disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of work performed on my vehicle. After multiple visits, my car still has not been properly repaired. There has been no follow-up from management, and communication from service advisors has been poor, unprofessional, and inconsistent.

The technicians repeatedly failed to resolve the issue, and it feels like diagnoses rely more on computers than actual mechanical expertise. My vehicle continues to have the same problems after multiple service attempts.

Even worse, my car was returned in poor condition, raising serious concerns about how customer property is treated. This dealership shows a clear lack of care, accountability, and professionalism.

If you care about your vehicle and your time, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Just ask JR Rowen, and Steve Amos who are activist for bad customer service.
