After working with a couple of other dealerships in the Denver metro area and getting poor experiences (one salesperson from Planet Hyundai in Golden literally told me I was wasting their time by just trying to get pricing for the car; another dealership couldn't make the time for me on the last day of their promotion), I reached out to Stevinson to see if they would be able to match the quote from the dealer that couldn't make time for me. Chris reached out and told me they could match it!
My wife and I traveled 45 minutes to them on the last day at their old location, but the exact models we wanted to see were already moved to their new location. Chris was very apologetic, but we were not bothered. We were so satisfied with the customer service Chris provided that we were happy to set up an appointment the next week to drive 45 minutes again to do business with them.
Chris was very knowledgeable about the car and his hospitality during our first major car purchase was incredible. He's followed up with us to make sure we are happy with everything which is super appreciated.
I would highly recommend anyone looking into getting a new car to work with Stevinson Hyundai. You won't be disappointed!
