This was my first time at the East Memphis location -- no complaints (except it's a little tricky finding the entrance)! When I called because of a busted tire, they didn't have the exact tire I needed but were able to get it from a nearby warehouse by the time I showed up on my spare an hour later. Figured I'd have to leave the car overnight since it was nearly 5:00 but they hooked me up. In and out in 30 minutes! Efficient and friendly, Steve's is all about Takin' Care of Business.
