We took our 2006 Toyota Sienna van to Steve's for a muffler and Oil change. Asked that the frame be checked since Van is almost 16 years old. They went ahead and did the work, said frame was fine. When I took to a Toyota dealer for a break inspection, they found a crack in the carriage frame that holds the suspension and engine. This is a safety issue as if was near breaking which would have resulted in loss of steering. I called Steve's and during the conversation about this they hung up on me. I had to sell the car since the work to fix the carriage frame is over $4000. The repair work should have never been done without consulting about the frame damage
