The staff were friendly and efficient during the process. We found the car we were looking for very soon, and the paperwork was done swiftly. The only minus in our experience was that the final price was not clear - we found out only at the final stage when signing the lease paperwork. There was a markup of about $6K above the MSRP, but we guess this has to do with the current shortage of vehicles. Overall, pleasant experience.
