Rental car service poor that was promised in advance did not happen.
I needed a rental car while my car repair was being done. I was from 20min away from my home and was promised a rental from the local Enterprise co. Day of drop off, no one was available to drive me to my local Enterprise to pickup my rental that had been arranged in advance. Ended up with an Enterprise car from a rental about 1/2 a mile away. I am 5ft and the only available rental was a 3seat minivan that I was going to have to use for a week!!!!!! Thank God the body shop manager at lease procured that vehicle. The local Enterprise co that had arranged for a rental in advance of the appt was not happy with this. But I could do nothing at the last minute like that. I was stuck at the repair shop for 1 1/2hr that morning. The repair shop workmanship was excellent, but the rental car experience was poor!!!!

We appreciate your feedback, Pamela. It's unfortunate to hear about the inconvenience you faced with the rental car arrangement. Providing a seamless experience, including coordinating rentals, is an aspect we aim to deliver consistently. Unfortunetly I see you had the rental set up through an Enterprise agency outside our area and we have no control over them.When the shop sets them up, we use our local agency where we have a good relationship and they understand our customers needs We are pleased to know that the repair work was excellent and hope to serve you even better in the future. 
If there is ever a need for our services again, please let us set up the rental with our local agency and i would expect you would have a much better service expieriance.
