Booked my Escalade service appointmnt on 8/15/19 for 8/21/19. Dropped my car off on 8/21/19 at 0930. Called afternoon on 8/23 to check progress. Promised call back but got none. Called on 8/26 to check progress. Promised callback but got none. Called on 8/27 and demanded update on progress. Was told my car had not been looked at yet. Told them to forget it and I picked up my car on 8/27 and brought it to another Cadillac dealership.
