State inspection
We took our Honda accord in to Steubenville Auto for a state inspection and emissions services. Everything was done in a very short period of time with professional care. Daniel informed has that everything was good, as well as things to keep an eye for the future service for the car. As always a great experience with them !

New key
I recently purchased a car at Steubenville Pike auto but they only had one key to the car to give me. Being that it was a really old key the buttons started to basically crumble within 24 hours so I contacted them to see if I could get a new key thru them being that dealership costs are pricey. They were nice enough to order me a new key @ no charge and I just had to go there so they could program it. They got it done pretty quickly and the people there were really friendly and nice. However, they kept my old key for some reason and told me that the information on the old key needed to be transferred to the new one. I explained that I really wanted the old key so that I could use it as a backup in case, I misplaced the new key. The service person said they would check with Jason but so far I haven’t heard anything back. Other than that, I have no complaints at all and would recommend them to anyone!

Accident spilling oil on engine by tech
Been going to Steubenville Pike Auto for many years with fabulous service and results.
Unfortunately in last several years have had a couple mishaps by techs on simple oil changes that is of some concern in the event I have something more significant needing repaired going forward.

Best auto body shop ever
This place has been my saving grace since moving to Pittsburgh from New Jersey. They are all so kind. Danielle at the front desk is always so funny and straight up with me. They know I drive a falling apart vehicle that I’m riding until the wheels fall off. And every time I go, they tell me what work is worth it and what isn’t. Very honest people who do great, reasonably priced work. As a young woman in my 20s who falls under the stereotype of not knowing much about cars, I always feel comfortable coming here and trust them.
