Their Amazing overall
Dropped off my car for an oil change and had the monthly $19 subscription. Isaac mentioned that if I couldn't find proof of the subscription, he could still do the service for $34, which was very reasonable. Fortunately, I found the subscription email, and the service was completed without any issues.
At Honda, I've paid anywhere from $150 to nearly $200 for similar service, so this was a great value. I was kept updated throughout the inspection process, and picking up my car was quick and easy. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful as well.
Highly recommend this place!
