Excellent, Knowledgeable, Trustworthy, Quick

Let me preface this by saying that there's something comforting about having a mechanic that you absolutely trust. I've been taking my cars to this shop for years.

For starters, Chris is super knowledgeable, and he's excellent at what he does. He found the coolant leak in my daughter's car that the stealership swore up and down didn't exist. He's also 100% up front and honest - he has never once tried to upsell me on a repair I didn't actually need, and he's good about letting me know about possible upcoming maintenance so that I can plan and budget accordingly, i.e. brakes on my BMW.

They are also quick and efficient. I can't tell you the number of times I've dropped my car the night before, and I get a call before 9:00 am saying, "your car is done - you're all set to go." They get it done quickly, and they get it done right - I can absolutely 100% know that when my car comes out of the shop, whatever it was in for is completely fixed like it's supposed to be.

There isn't a better shop IMO and I highly recommend this shop to everyone I know.
