Bad vibration in my Mercedes E350
I had a feeling the torque converter on my 2011 E350 was going out and was dreading the thousands of dollars something like that would cost to repair. I took it into Star Autohaus for them to research and I heard back from Hober that they had determined that it was just a bad sensor in the accelerator pedal. They could have easily overcharged me by repairing the torque converter and the accelerator pedal but, as always, they were direct and dealt with integrity. The repair was only a few hundred dollars and the car now drives great.
