They’re so friendly and personable and the staff is very nice and help out a lot when you have questions I also love it when they come and talk to you and sit with you make you feel at home and their doggies are friendly and cute. Your all very nice but you quoted me 400.00 plus to replace a battery cable. I went to mission motors and got it done for 145.00. This issue of price came up when you charged me $810. To do front brakes on my 1991 Honda which i didnt ok but you said i did. Wasn't worth arguing about and. Thought give you another chance. In any case i can get front and rear done for $,400. At Mission motors. Guess where im going to go.
The work was done on time with the expected outcome. I was confused about the one car per oil change package, but now I understand. It would have been even better if I was there to make sure the car matched the type of oil change needed for the vehicle. Now that only one vehicle is on the plan it won’t happen again.

The alternator went out in our Jeep and AAA suggested Mission Motors in Stanwood. Fed up with slow service and sky-high prices at the dealer we gave them a try and were VERY glad did. Pleasant people (Beth rocks!) and quick turn around A-1 repair. Strongly recommend!
The first service i received i supplied the parts that cost me 35.00 to purchase & only got a 15.00 "discount."
The mechanic asked me requireding the "missing" hardware I informed him it doesn'trequire hardware than I overheard him say "oh I'll just watch a YouTube video"
The second time I came in was just to check the previous work nothing else was requested.
Than get charged almost 200.00
Then give me a 550.00+ quote to complete the repairs

Number one I'm very pleased to write this for this company. My mechanical skills are high so are my negotiating skills. I decided to try a new company that was not a corporation explicitly! I walked in explained my situation and had a group discussion with three young ladies on the repair side of this company. I was absolutely for the first time comfortable with the way they handled themselves because I can be a very forward individual. Once we got done with negotiations on service at hand Drew up a price I agree on that price for work to be done! It was honest it was fair on both sides when I went to leave I thought I was going to call an Uber which I do not like I would have had to download the app and so on. I didn't get halfway out of the building a young lady called page said Edward would you like a ride home I turned around and smiled and said sure I live in Arlington and this business is in Stanwood so I smiled and went with the flow had a very good conversation with the driver who was polite and courteous! 5 hours later my phone rang and said Edward your vehicle is ready do you need a lift to get it that blew me away I politely said no I will bring my wife she can drive the car home but thank you. I'm always sketchy about having other people work on my vehicles I've had plenty of bad experiences I'm very pleased to say the installation from the mechanic that worked on my vehicle did a very good job I look it over in detail but I already had the trust of this company and its people so it was a positive look over more for myself. I highly suggest taking your vehicles to this company and not worrying whether they're going to rip you off or not like most of the other corporations I'll keep my mouth shut on that so five stars Plus it's a family that runs this and a family that you can trust thank you for doing an excellent job Edward Davis FYI I will be spreading the good word for business health and wealth thank you
The service department quickly diagnosed my issue and then resolved it. Greatly appreciate them resolving the issue so quickly.
Best part the 4 legged support staff continually checked on me while I was there insuring my time there went by quickly as I was continually entertained.
