Once again I took my 1996 Cadillac DeVille to standard because my service soon engine light won't go off? My vehicle was do for a emission test and Standard diagnost the problem and discovered that I had a vacuum leak in the Intake manifold that was causing the service soon engine light stayed on. Standard couldn't purchase a Intake manifold for my vehicle because it was too old and the dealer stopped manufacturing it? So I was out of $197.00 for the Diagnostic testing so I had to take my vehicle to another shop that works on engines and they were able to purchase a Intake manifold and installed it for me. I will still recommend going to Standard Generator if you really have an electrical problem with your vehicle.
