Trust is very important in my relationship with my care care establishment, but I don't feel I can trust what Spring Garden tells me about what my car needs. I feel that my visits are getting too expensive, that I am am being charged for services I don't need and am being encouraged to have unnecessary services done. For instance, I got an oil change for $29.99 and was told I ought to have my tires rotated. The very next day I got an email promoting a "special" oil change for $17.99, including free tire rotation. Why wasn't this offered to me when I was there? I was also given a list of "recommended" services totally over $2500, most of which I believe are unnecessary. They do good work, but I'm afraid I'm being ripped off.
