My vehicle provided a unique challenge and ultimately could not be "fixed." Tim took the time to explain what he had done and potential solutions. He gave me the information and allowed me to make the decision. I was impressed with his honesty and his desire to fully solve the problem. Tim made an enormous effort to find the solution. While the difficulty with my vehicle's "fix" had nothing to do with his work, he discounted his labor and charged only his cost for the parts. I have never worked with a mechanic who was as honest and put as much effort into making sure I was happy with the results of his work. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy team who is willing to go above and beyond to guarantee their work.
