Unfortunately, my elderly husband was scammed by this dealership. Brian, car salesman, continuously emailed my husband to bring our 2021 Santa Fe in for a new one with all the bells & whistles at the same leased price. When he showed up, he was told , “ we sold the last Santa Fe.” They tricked him into leasing a Tucson, stating it was the same exact size as the Santa Fe. When he brought it home, it was obvious it wasn’t the same size. He went back to accept their 72 hour return back and was told they couldn’t help him. Talking to two other Hyundai car dealerships, they told us that my husband was scammed with bait and switch. We love the Santa Fe, hate the Tucson and despise the unscrupulous dealership!
