Gavin said they're super personable and he holds them in the highest regard morally. They're super trustworthy and they look out for his best interest when it comes to his vehicle, they let him know what needs to be repaired and when it needs to be repaired. His parents have used this business for 20 years, and he and his brother use them, as well. He sends people their way.

Excellence in Every Respect!
From the moment I made the call, I was impressed. I needed my car service before Thursday and they accommodated me the next day. The customer service was exemplary. I was treated with respect and they explained everything I needed to know…all my questions were answered. I was shuttled home by Todd who was very kind and considerate. Once complete, they phoned to let me know I could be picked up now or the next day. The car was ready to go, and I received an itemized bill, which I very much appreciated… most of the time you have to ask for an itemized bill and lots of times it’s forgotten! when I got inside, my car even smelled better! There is not one single thing they could’ve done better. The customer service was superior!!!

My new 2008 Mazda 3 repair shop
I had an excellent experience with Specialized! Alex explained everything in detail regarding what diagnostics were needed for my 2008 Mazda 3. They do offer a shuttle van to drop you back home and pick you up the next day if needed. This shop will be my go to for repairs in the future.
