I always like coming to get our cars taken care of however, I was kind of turned off when I got my oil changed recently. Every place I have been to since owning a car always tops off your windshield wiper fluid. When I tried to clean my windshield 2 days after the oil change, I had 0 fluid. I called and asked why it wasn't filled and was told it's not something that is done without asking the customer. I was never asked... And feel it should be done, period.
